set up cup alternator on 172 need help wioth last bolt

bought kit and fitted all pas pump belt and brackets and alternator now just before starting i need help with how u can pivet the alternator up and down the only bolt i have left has a nut for it meaning that do i just put the bolt through pull alternator to tension belt and do nut up tight ? also in a pic i saw on the large bracket lower thats comes up theres a large hole in the middle and i do not see a use for it as nothing bolts onto it , i want to make sure there just this one bolt and nut needed to tension the belt before i start the car incase over time belt looses tension cheerS???

the long bolt with nut ontop near tension hole why is it there in my kit theres nothign left just this so looks like it does nothing ?????!!

omg yea look at k tecs site its the long thread with the 90degree bit on bottom off it with thread in it i take it for the bolt to go through from side?? i need one today ? collection idea?
