Shot Brakes, what size to replace with?

  1.6 Ford Focus
My brakes are well and truly shot! They are really weak, get a strange ABS like shaking on the pedal when braking hard and a really loud screech when lightly braking...

New brakes needed ASAP, im thinking disks and pads... but I am slightly confused. There's a local car spares near me but they seam to have 3 different brake disks for my model.

It's a 2001 1.2 Petrol Mk2 Ph1 and the car spares website gives me 3 options for disks...
