Silicon hoses - I have found the best cleaning product!!

A family member of a work colleague bought his mint condition subaru into work. Near concourse condition so I managed to get some cleaning tips.

One was to use 1001 carpet cleaner on the silicon hoses. I have never been able to clean the black marks of them where they rub together, but within a few seconds of using this they were coming off!!!!

Didnt think I could make any contribution to this section, but there you go...

persil washing up powder works fantastically, as does conventional degreaser ive found.

Would have thought AG Engine and Machine cleaner would do it but got to admit never tried! Will give it a bash if i ever have too!
