Silver 182 in Wales (Newport i think) Women driver with glasses

Spotted yesterday at around 3pm at a guess, I think it was Newport but i wasn't really paying attention, Had a cliosport sticker in the rear window and a private plate.

I think it had an L and a P at the end with a letter in-between but im not 100%
