So i've just bought some new bimarco bucket seats

Got some Bimarco Futura seats, and thinking of getting OMP side mounts and OMP subframes. Are these decent quality or what? And what exactly does high or low profile mean in terms of subframes? Is it literally how high or low you will have your seat mounted in the car?

Any help appreciated.
