Sorta like a torrent blocker

Reason it says torrent blocker is because this program does the same thing as people in a office not knowning what the PC is doing?

Anyone ever heard of such a thing? It sorta keeps you behind a backdoor so it can't be tracked? Ive used one before but cant think of the name

Peer Guardian was good when I was on Vista/XP.
When I tried it on 7 it was a beta and didn't work. Think I'll give it another go..
