id never buy a williams unless it was in origional colour with the gold wheels. thats how its made thats how it should stay. same with a trophy.
reason people dont mind it on other clio sports is because there nothing special and theres loads of them unlike the trophy.
painting a trophy in my eyes would just make it like any other clio sport.

This, but then there are too many people on here that buy trophies and never drive them as intended, plus clean and store them like there a Ferrari F40 or the likes...
Trophy had a better setup for a/b roads rather than track, which is what the 172 Cup and the other Cups were better for. To be honest the differences in times/pace with a normal driver in the car will be negligable anyways so its pretty pointless stating that.

Yup, around Bedford with Evo iirc.
Its a bit too pointy/twitchy as standard tbh, so not really surprising that it was a little slower. Setup for road, rather than track out the factory.

Not the last pic. The body colour on that isnt quite the same as the standard anth wheels. i mean from the normal trophy, put the anth from the wheels onto the body, and the capsicum red onto the wheels.

Erm, there were 500 trophys (530 if you include the Swiss ones I think).
There were only 433 Racing Blues, 148 Infernos, 73 Liquid Yellows and 29 Petrol blues. Surely it would be worse to spray one of these a different colour as they are actually rarer?
Has anybody asked what colour blue it would be? i cant be arsed reading every comment to find out, for as much as i love trophys id rather have a 182FF in Racing Blue & fit some recaros than f**k about respraying a trophy
I may be wrapping my clio this colour now..:approve:
