Suspension kit for Clio V6 where

Dear all

Got a mate who has a V6 and he complains that the OE suspension is way too soft. I have also read on Evo and they comment that the rear is very soft. I would like to ask are there any companies out there that do an uprated kit for this model? Does anyone know if the OE shocks are Koni or Bilstein and if they are adjustable or not?

Think KW are one of the people who do most kits. FK Automotive would be my choice a stehy are using Koni internals, TUV approved and come with Lifetime guartantee. Think KTEC are now using them but unsure as to V6 availability.

Probably gonna be quite difficult to source as there arent mega amounts of them about and not many companies would probably go to the expense of making a kit for them.

Are there no Renaultsport items available?

Found that LEDA do a kit for around 1G. Will notify my mate and see what he has.

Anyone know anything about a short shift kit for the V6 by any chance?

the guy in question will crash the V6........tell him i dont want to have to sell a special Kangoo for wheelchairs....be careful!!!

If he takes it slow for the time being until he can sort out the suspension (if its possible that is) he will just have to be careful with it. Read a bit about the MKII and man so many changes and with a new rear subframe! Looks like someone fcuked up on the first go dont u think Mr. BenR?

yup.....but it was TWR not renault that messed up.....

anyway. simple suspension changes wont cure everything.....

lol....him go slow (relative to his abilities).......maybe more tuition from his sei foo.....tell him.....CAREFULL!!!!!!!!!

please, V6 parts are expensive!
