I won't make the mistake of getting a 16gb again come renewal time in a month or so.

Was a lad at the monthly meet last night who works at apple, was good to hear some gossip. Apple announcement in next couple of days he said last night with them unveiling 7 new products

Those prices surprise me. The 5S not so much, but for the 'cheaper iPhone', I was expecting sub £300 for them to cater for the lower end.

Also, their website confirms no preorder for the 5S. What a let down.

It was never going to be "cheap" (as in chips), Apple just aren't interested in that market when they can quite easily sell at a premium price.
