tips on removing interior trim ?

Ok, I'm going to sound like a mong here. I've only ever removed the dash strips etc. I'm looking to freshen up the following but unsure how to remove

Clock surround
Hazard trim
Radio (know that one)
Climate panel
Ciggy lighter trim
Grab handles/Window switch
Gear stick surrounding consol (not the leather gaitor)

Any tips would be superb

All star keys Dawn, very easy to do.

To get to the clocks/climate pannel, you'll have to remove the dash, you aware of that?
