toad ai606 problems

have bought my clio with toad ai606 alrm already fitted and although its generally very good at scaring people away its becoming increasingly hard to activate it from the key fob unless your really close??anybody any ideas or does anyone know if units can be serviced???

ive got one on mine mate. the alarm is brand new (fitted a week ago) and the range on it is f**king shocking.

got mine fitted last month, and it works from miles away, through walls, the lot....

have you tried the spare remote, is that the same?
