Torque settings after changing springs

quick question will be reasembling my front dampers tomorrow after fitting new springs.

What is the torque setting for the top mount nut? It was a bugger to undo but im sure ive read it only needs nipping up is this correct? Whats the correct torque?

Also the thin nut that goes on after the rubber donunt i think how tight is that?

It's difficult to torque that top mount as the spring will move with little force. I hold it steady with a T30 and use a swan neck spanner - just tight enough, nothing much.

Top Mount is 20nm, but as said it's difficult to torque as you need to hold the centre still with an allen key.

The 17mm nut is again just, tight. These two are the few things I don't ever torque up. But someone may tell you what it should be, I can't access dialogys at the moment.
