Sorry about crap photos again....

Ordered these Monday evening and the arrived today. Great bolts, only issue I think is the actual key is abit crap for the locking bolt, has anyone else found this?

I would definitely treat myself if you could see my wheel nuts but I have a 182 and the centre covers hide the bolts so I have no need to have them, which is actually gutting ecause I'd love a set!lol.

Mine aren't just ordinary 182 wheels, they're gloss black on RB bodywork so look sweet, I'll get pics up soon to back up my arguement... I might cut holes in the centre caps and buy the polarised bolts though...

I know what you mean but the rusty look was really letting the car down every time I cleaned it. I'm abit OCD when it comes to detail lol

The locking wheel nut is made out of chocolate that's for sure IMO

I noticed my lockign one starting to rust slightly in the groves, going to get myself a wheel brush so i can clean it out properly next time, and then just keep on top of it. The other nuts are great though imo, huge difference on my last lot

that wheel is in A++++++++ condition....I want to get my wheels refurbed but not sure on just silver again or anthracite

I've finally got round to trial fitting a set myself after seeing them ages ago on Ollie's cup. Far from convinced.

If you want to do it properly get a stud conversion and put some quality Japanese extended nuts on.

My tpi's look sweet on purple td 1.2's. I have found my lock nut to be abit fiddley to get the key on and I haven't had any rust on it yet . Collinte 915 waxed them before they went on

People on here seem insistent on sticking wind deflectors and rota copies of Japanese wheels on their cars so it's certainly no worse. At least the quality would be better and with extended nuts you can actually see the things.

Seems daft getting something in that finish and having them sunk in the wheel out of sight. May as well have powder coated black ones if you're trying to lose the rust look.

You do have a fair point their. Would stud coversions fit rear drum brakes?

Can't say I've ever seen it done on a car with drums but I see no reason why not although you may find it harder to find suitable studs.

Looks like I'd have to convert the back end to disk brakes if I wanted studs then. And then a decent set of wheels to go with them. All in time.....
