trouble fitting samco hose ?? help please

right iv got the samco hose for the induction kit but i cant get it to fit am i just being stupid or what....

heres my bay

if people have the same type of filter and set up as me with a samco hose could you show me a pic please, i cant get te breather pipe to fit im not sure wheather to go over or under the coolent pipes ect..... please help

They're not for a Ph1.

But cut the pipe that comes off the VDO to about 3 inches and you can squeeze the Samco one up it!

You'll also need to trim a bit off filter end and an angle for a perfect fit!

i didnt want to cut it as i didnt think it had to be.... but now i will make it work

The guy above speaks sense. its coz they are designed for the ph2

I fitted mine like that and it works well. The breather pipe just touches the throttle cable but doesn't effect it.

You'll also notice the Ph1 Inlet hose has a bend in it where as the Samco and Ph2 are straight, this is why cutting a little bit off helps as it angles the Air Filter around the right direction

better see if I can cancle it...
