i fitted an aux into my brothers car which wasn't a tunerlist radio so it simply plugged in and he could then plug in a 3.5mm jack to it. My radio happens to be a Tunerlist and i would like to fit the 3..5mm aux as well from the search i know it's more expensive to fit an aux to a tuner list radio but a quick search on ebay and i can only find this

£30 is it really the only/cheapest way to fit an aux to my tunerlist radio?
