Ultimate’s 172 Show Car Project Thread Hydrodipped and Vinyl Wrapped.

Yeah all the fins were damaged where mine weren't so just pealed the plasticdip off and sprayed it black.

sorry to hear that mate, Thought I had wrapped it well enough...

Would you like half the money back for postage to help towards the loss?

If you had mentioned sooner mate I could have claimed from RM and bought you a new one or sent you the money for a new one as it was insured up to ~£50

pm me if you wanna sort something as I am a little disappointed due to wanting to see the result and hoping to help you out

So the front surface is covered... How far into the wheel does it cover ( does that make sense?)

GREAT VID!!

Cheers mate

The car looks amazing, really admire all the time and effort put into this.

Looks epic though, honestly great job!

Thanks, appreciate it.

That video is brilliant, hydrodipping amazes me - love to know how it works

Still amazes me some of the shapes it can achieve.

Finally read through the while lot mate. Very impressive stuff :)

Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh. You bringing it Saturday?

I am indeed, providing my alternator gets me there.

So the front surface is covered... How far into the wheel does it cover ( does that make sense?)

It does make sense, goes all the way in and around the spokes, good example is the set of TD 1.2 I've just done. Really suits the wheels and the coverage is great.
