Update - pitted brakes MOT fail

My car failed its first MOT last week due to the brake discs being pitted and corroded - the car has only covered 12k miles so i was a little miffed to say the least.

Anyway, received a call from a nice lady at renault UK today saying this shouldnt have happened and that they'll replace the discs and pads and cover the cost.

Pleasantly suprised!

Knowing my luck they'll retest it tomorrow and "your tyre has a tear in the sidewall so its failed...arghhhh" fingers crossed, but i am well impressed with their gesture
