After a collision between an insured car an none insured car on a track day, didn't the track day insurance company go after the uninsured driver to recover loses.

I think it kicked up a bit of a fuss and they cancelled their action against him.

Wow that does surprise me.
Surely any track day circuit is leaving themselves wide open for a lawsuit lf someone dies being crashed into by an uninsured driver at their circuit regardless of any disclaimer they write..
