I'm working at the new JLR plant in wolverhampton. Still have the 182 although I drive an ecoboost fiesta as a daily Clio possibly going up for sale in feb/March next year.....

Did Ya! I've had a nosey in the plant room too! Big build! And I work within the assembly hall for the new 2litre Diesel engine
And clio is costing too much just sitting on drive, it's not getting used like it should. I needed an Eco car due to the mrs being at aberystwyth uni, clio was costing a fortune in fuel to get there. Although it was a great drive!
I hate to say it too, but the fiesta ecoboost is a great little car!

Yes thats what i asked them to do.....phoned them friday but they never got back to me....going to ring them first thing monday to see whats going on.

I know Steve has had good experiences with four ashes Renault but me sisters fella who's owned a string of Renault sports had nothing but poor customer service and big delays!

The odyssey lives!!!!.....picked her up earlier today....i aint half missed her purrrrring.
Almost paid more than i was quoted as Lisa was getting muddled up on pricing.They had said the tracking needed checking so i took her to my local and understandingly she was well out,sorted that....a cold air feed pipe was missing luckily i had one spare at home..sorted that too...some of the mudguards hadnt been properly joined up so cable tied them...got a side light bulb out but can source one of them later.

Looks like the idle control valve will need resetting....was playing up when i drove her out earlier....free revving and not slowing when foot off accelerator...

What do we all think about a Midlands Weekend - Camping Friday night for those who want to, Show and Shine on Saturday followed by an on going BBQ and a few beers. Camp or stay in a pub on the Saturday, then a small drive up a few roads and then clear off home?
I'd say it's probably going to be hard to get any decent numbers for it - without something else going on tbh! Nice idea though for sure.
