What spec oil and dephaser query

I have got a Ph1 1.2 16th Sport.
Got the car recently. I have no hand book.
What oil do I need to put in when doing a service.
Been on General Traffic and multiple oils with different specs come up. The same happens at Euro Car Parts.

Also does the car a dephaser. Tried searching for answers for both on the site.
But can't find right answer.

10w 40 for oil, not sure if it is fully synthetic or not though. Don't think 1.2's have a dephaser, but someone should confirm.
