What sub(s) to get???

Probably one for bryan again....Ok you've talked me into getting the rainbow components for the front and back so...... On a budget of £600 - £700 what subs would you recommend with amp and box?? I mainly listen to garage, r 'n' b, hip hop and that sort of stuff.

for the money, the subs Dink suggested are fantastic, coupled with an Audison LRx1.400 the would sound fantastic

i'd personally stick with a single 12" sub powered off an amp, keeps costs don, and allows you to spend more on each part to improve quality

i'd go with a

resonant engineering sx12 powered by a vibe monobox 4

that should easily satisfy your taste in music in both quality and volume, oh and build you own box, it's really really easy and saves you around £30

How would you go about making your own box 'cos obviously you have to have the right amount of space etc

or try the MTX range as bothe these subs give real street bass

also try and get a mono block amp running a 2 ohms then if you get DVC subs try get them dual 4ohms and you would be able to run them at 1ohm which means more bass

each to there own i suppose but you never really see any hi spl cars with alpine equipment in tbh

all i like is quailty sound - nothing to sevre if you know what i mean - relly crisp sounding and not loud outside the car to the point you can hear the car a mile away!!! lol
