as adam said they are know where near as low as they could go at the front, but at the rear i have taken out the adjuster and have the same set up as standard two rubber cups and spring, which dropped it about another 15mm. only draw back is the ride is really hard (NOT TO THE EXTENT OF ADAMS THOUGH WERE YOU WILL LOOSE FRONT TEETH AFTER A SPEED HUMP LMAO ;-)

hi mate, both go to the same extents in regard to lowering. i have the fixed damping which i think is pretty good, and adma has the adjustibles which over a variety of settings ;-) (other words ask subway about the adjustibles lol)

I had FKs on my 1.2 which weren't adjustable and was really happy with them, i reckon you should both give me a test drive
