Would this scuff be removable by heavy compound?

As above some f**king scrote has scuffed my bonnet looks like a football has done it the way it is shaped. My nail can slightly feel it but you couldn't grab it with your nail if that makes sense.

I know the swirls are ridiculous! Luckily my friend is a valeter with a unit and stuff so it's going with him for a day or two before winter to be fully corrected and waxed to death ready for the salt grit and winter crap.
