Its your car and your money, sod what people are saying because at the end of the day if you want to paint it LY then you'll end up painting it that colour.

Personally i would go for some thing else that other renaults do not have just to be mega different.
Just think of going to a car show where no one there is the same colour as you.

As some of you don't seem to be Reading the replies I'm putting up my car is not only a non Renault colour but is also a three stage pearl so I'm reli not fussed about the painting! As said it's also not bout being different and tbh I'm planning on getting a 182 style cat back so it'l just look like an ly 182 on black or anthracite turini's:d

At the end of the day it's your car, tbh though you may as well just buy a LY 182.

I'd go for a bonkers colour, Focus RS green or something, or a yellow from another car (a Lambo Yellow or something) really make it stand out ! If it's just done in LY folk will just think it's a 182.

I love liquid yellow, but porsche gt3 green would be awesome, with a 182 rear end and slash cut 3" exhausts

only problem with the green is it could look very tacky if the rest of the car isnt OEM+ themed

I did all the insides etc when paintedit candy red and tbh you wouldn't have noticed if I didn't so I'll def do the bay for yellow mite even mix it up a little and do the bay the same colour as the wheels whichever colour I go for the old renault spider came in a yellow which is very similar to ly but only a 2 stage pearl so it'd be much easier and less time consuming to do

I have indeed mate as on a sport it just seems pointless as u can't use the car how it was intended to be used! Fail if u ask me!lol
