only a cheap thing to use when i'm running/cycling. Prob only want it to hold 100 odd songs.
Any suggestions? I'm starting to look a bit daft with my 10 yr old Matsui CD player with 'Anti-Shock' LOL!

I do live at work my love, but i'm starting to put on weight so fast that i no longer fit into my work trousers! so its a case of needs must!

Its always a case of what you put in is more than you are burning, trust me i know.

Looks like you are doing the right thing by trying to burn more.

You live right next to a cycle path too dont you ?

Yep. I used to ride to work when was banned from driving and working in Keynsham, so i cycled about 13 miles a day, 6 days a week. It was brilliant. Now i don't work there i don't do any excersize and i'm starting to inflate like a party balloon!
