There is a good chance you replaced a faulty component and all that needed to be done is erase the fuel trim learning. Which happens when you reprogram the ECU.

Throttle position is reported in degrees.

Its not an error. Its given in degrees relative to fully closed. Actual butterfly opening would be something like 82-85 degrees.

It doesn't matter. Its the pressure difference between the 3k and 7k rpm points that counts. A lower barometric pressure has almost no impact on this.

It reads ambient pressure (calculated by ECU) and manifold pressure in mBar. Both values are automatically scaled between min en max. values.

Ben, I ask them to make a run from 2000-7000 rpm and look at the manifold pressure drop. That gives an indication of how effective your air intake is. Good ones only show a < 10 mBar drop, bad ones up to 30 mBar pressure drop. Example: Usually i look at the 3k rpm point, let's say 1003 mBar...

The pro has a provision for hooking up a wideband oxygen sensor. Especiallu useful on turbo and heavily modded engine's.

Did you check cam bearing clearance and rocker surfaces (visual) ? Forget it, you already checked these....;

Use datalogging to find what's wrong , if you can. Possible cause, O2F sensor, injector...

You have bought an unlocked R-Sport ECU from a fellow forum member. Not related to RSTuner in any way. The R-Sport ECU needs to be used with a different inlet cam.

Yes, you can read/write the calibration with RST. But I need to know if injector calibration is needed after a reprog. I thought so, not sure...
