As Dan said , 1200 first - 1500 next - 2000 last
I'd say 2-3 mins on each paper grade wet washing the lamps , electric polisher and a good polish as Dan mentioned really should be used for effortless results
It needs to connect to the Fuel Pressure Regulator as Dan said

So if I was to put the Cup wishbones on my Ph1*2 roughly by how much wider track do they produce as I'm running spacers and I would want to reduce as I don't want it sticking out to wide
I don't need to say anymore Daniel said it for me.
My GF had one , petrol one looked the part really nice motor just rev'd with no power , even she was disappointed.
Only had it for 8 months.
