Well you'll be in for a shock if you have to have something like this done on a lot of colours apart from very dark ones.
What if you configure it incorrectly and cause system issues?
What if you loose it? (potential loose of business data)

It is if you aren't a remould, you can possibly do more damage than good if you press things you don't understand. Also bear in mind that is a chinese clone.
You'll get by with the laser tools if you don't lean on them too much (although they aren't ideal and are junk after being used several times), but you need the pulley tool as well like Fred says.
Top "leak" is just from the gearbox breather, not the end of the world entirely normal. Selector leak on the box is normal again.
The only "worrying" one is the leak from probably the crank main seal back of the flywheel, either that or the sump is leaking where it joins the no1 main cap. Its...
Whats it like for rust underneath? Get that carpet out and start poking around, I'd be surprised if thats the last of it. I'd ascertain this before spending any more time/effort on it. Need to get underneath too.
No it'll stay what it is now, at the end of the day if you get a decent condition secondhand engine (internally and visually) and its changed over well/properly without fvcking everything up then no one will be able to tell without checking the engine number against the V5. Which hardly anyone...
