Had my windscreen changed by autoglass the other week. The correct one was replaced and wipers worked fine, as do the headlights. But they seem to have now stopped working? The work find on all other setting, just not the auto. They'll move once when you click down into the position, but then...
How did you get on? How come Tom/James didn't do them for you when they fitted the seats?
How much did you pay btw if you don't mind me asking? Not including fitting. Presumably they aren't too much of a ball ache to fit? Was the RS decal included or is that something you did extra?
As said, connect the resistors to the black on to eliminate that one. Then just trial and error on the other one really. Not many combos to try, unless you've taken both seats out already ;)
It's a great weekend mate, pop down for a bit of camping, watch the racing, get a weeeeeeeeeee bit tipsy :D. Been for the past 3 now and it's a great laugh. Roll on September
Yes to the first one.
The grey one is the pretensioner that sits into the one on the seat IIRC. Not sure which you'll need to put the resistors into on that as I put trendlines in mine, so it was like for like in that respect. Best thing would be to put the resistors in to the holes to see...
hmmm, never been, and by the sound of it never will tbh. World Series is much better with lots to do. Get down to that for a wicked weekend. CS should have a stand imo :D
On the last picture, the resistors go between the brown and orange wires. Black is the earth. Is the one of the left the one that was attached to the seat?
Just cut the red/black connector end off, and attach the resistors to the wires Pikey style :)
Didn't think GSF sold the genuine ones?
I know it's not much money anyway, I just thought it was strange to have the guy basically forcing the Motrio ones on me.

Have a read mate. All you need to know really. The guides aren't as good to be honest as they used to be, but you get the picture.
Tin foil over ALL electrics, and try to avoid the belt/alternator area too. Best way I found is to use...
..... to see if they had 182 oil filters in. The had them in, £7 + vat, but they kept trying to fob me off with the cheaper range that renault put their name to, M...... (can't remember the name). Anyway, is there any difference with these cheaper filters aside from cosmetic? The guy told me...
Couldn't have said it better myself. Oh and decent custom cover would be around £200. Well worth it if you're into your detailing and hate scratches which cheap covers will inflict.
One word for you! Brake pads!!!!
For a good track setup, you want braided lines, HC discs (sounds like you already have these), and pads, hmmmm, there are a few options, but steer clear of green stuff. Fluid wise, castrol super dot 4 is fine. Just make sure you bleed them after the track as...
You mean the cooler? It keeps the oil temp (and as a result, pressure) down to prevent the oil from thinning out too much and not doing it's job. Keeps the engine healthier in theory if you are doing track work. Plus you can do more laps without worrying about it. Thermostat is a must really if...
Got this off Timi (thanks mate ;)) , but i'm puzzled where these rubber bits go. Any ideas?
This is how I presume it goes together? ie. imagine the block is where the floor is.
I've tried putting the rubber seals in a few places, but they don't seem to compress/look like they would do...
