Yup, looks like KOO2 has been swapped for an Audi TT! The garage is near Sainsburys on Archer Road and has loads and loads of LHD Audi TTs on the forecourt.

Bob - I work for a major high street electrical retailer (no names mentioned!) and things go wrong all the time, we dont treat our customers with the respect they deserve and the sales and share price are currently reflecting this. When I worked directly for the Customer Services department, i...
I thought the VTR and Zetec-S were almost identical in terms of power, weight and performance! Oh yes, I had a Clio 1.4 16v which was a much better built car than the VTR (believe it or not) and over 4500 revs was really nippy.
Oh yes, if you cant afford the insurance on a VTS, dont get a 1.9...
Its also frustrating for paying customers who get their cars back unserviced, get left waiting in reception for hours when the car is already fixed, get idiotic parking attendent interrogating them about exactly what they want before they can park and finally it is very VERY frustrating having...
Agree with Ben about the RSi / VTS thing. I was flat out against Craggy in the Williams and there isnt really anything in it. There isnt even that much in it between Craggys VTS and Paddys monster of a 172!
At York I raced a TT225 in the 172. I lost, but he didnt even manage to break into the...
Ive uploaded about 30 clio videos to a web site. Let me know if any links dont work. Ive put short descriptions so you can tell whether or not youve seen the clip before along with approx. file sizes.

All the non-Clio video clips are...
paddy - yeah! :devilish:
Just uploaded about 30 more clips. 120 odd MBytes of them. Just popping a site together with frontpage. Might as well use the web space Ive got for something. Got another 200 clips to upload overnight. Had a lot of them since last time I was on broadband.
Yeah, the GT40 is good. It was filmed on a road just outside Sheffield....if I see him around I whoop his ass in the Willy. Erm...not!

Thats the GTiR one corrected, by the way. Was an mpeg, not a wmv...
Im not going to even bother with locking nuts once Ive got my situation sorted out. Seeing as it is going to cost more than the wheels are worth to sort the problem out, I might as well just chance it with Sheffields wheel thieves!
Craig - I cant send you the Renault "key" until I get my...
Yes, Ive got tons of video clips of cars on my computer and plenty of room to upload them to. Ill have a look at what Ive got when I get home and get uploading...

The bolts are so far in and the nuts are so fecked up that it is near impossible to chisel or hammer anything onto it. I tried hammering on a 21mm socket, but the problem has occurred in two ways. The locking nut "keys" are damaged beyond repair and the bolts have been seriously over-tightened...
Ive had the car into a garage today who can chisel stuck bolts out. They took one look and said it cant be done without seriously damaging the wheels .
So, I phoned up my local Trading Standards department and explained that Id only had the car for less than 2 weeks when I discovered the...
Girlfriend was insured on the 172, the 206 and now the Willy as she is less risk driving my cars than I am driving hers (I set the front nearside pads on fire on her Festa a couple of weeks back! :o)

Yeah, it sounds and looks cool (was out of city in total darkness and lit the inside of the car up).....but potentially a bit embarrasing. What if it happens in rush hour traffic?!
Backfiring....the car has done it three times now, all after thrashing it and then letting the car slow down in third gear. Why does it do it & does it signify a problem?!
Ta,
Rhys
Just a thought.....Im buying the car of finance. Technically, the finance company have bought the car from the dealer and I am buying it off them, which makes them jointly liable. Maybe it is worth complaining to them instead of the feckwit dealer...???
