Dropped my phone this morning, cracked the front, really pissed off.
It's only cracked the glass, the screen under it is fine. It's an iPhone 14 Pro, which turns out has a super expensive screen, £350 from Apple and outside of apple you'll get potentially a bad screen and annoying messages...
Has anyone been looking at this, it's free for a few days and goes back to the 1800s which is pretty mental!
Im enjoying looking at some of the old adverts, even job adverts, in them.

Looking for recommendations on a laptop for video editing.
I'm doing some bike packing at the end of the year and would like a small laptop powerful enough to do a bit of light editing (1080p in resolve) on the go.
Budget is max of £500, as it could well get trashed so wouldn't want to lose...
Threw some new rear discs on today and immediately got an ABS fault which won't go away with driving, the code is C1043 which I believe is rear passenger side ABS sensor.
Pulled the disc off again, gave it all a clean and still got it. Also threw the old disc back and cleared the codes incase...
My uncle is selling his nice spec V70. I'm tempted by it myself but I can't justify another car.
Thought someone on here might be interested, @leeds_182 fancy trying something modern? 😂...
Spotted it about an hour ago when I went for a quick evening drive in the Porsche.
Looked great, I think I sometimes see it by the detailing company on the road to Slingsby too.
Well I didn't expect my project thread to start on day 1 😂
Today I drove the long old drive down to Portsmouth and traded in my Civic runabout for an AG200.
The car is a regular 200 with cup pack, plus BT/Nav and what I believe to be a dealer option leather interior which is a bit marmite...
Been a while since I last bought a clio, last one was in 2013 from Daniel.
Where is the best place to look these days? Any FB groups that they all tend to be sold on?
Is it worth joining the 200 forum or is nothing ever sold on there?
Obviously I'm looking at AT/eBay, it's slim pickings though.
My cousin is selling her Caddy, she's not had much interest which surprised me as it's a nice little thing, thought I'd pop it here in case anyone is interested.

It'll be 10 years since the last decent TOPO meet
How about a big Yorkshire meet, old members can catch up with each other, new(er) members can stand in a corner and not talk to us, god forbid it involves a drive too.
Location ideas welcome, is TOPO even still there? Maybe we could go to The...
Does anyone know if these are still a thing or when they usually come up.
Back before black friday there were some excellent deals but I was in BB contract with Vodafone so couldn't move. Now my contract is up I'm wanting a Sky deal with BB/F1/Netlflix/UHD.
I remember there used to be 50%...
Not really been into detailing for about 10 years now (jesus I'm old), however having bought a white car I guess I need to get back on it.
Have had a look through my stock, I have various stuff to keep me going, loads of bilberry and iron x too for the wheels.
The only shampoo I have is some...
Not sure this is the correct section, looking for some help anyway.
I bought a Hisense TV in May 2018, normally I would purchase from Richer Sounds or John Lewis for the extended warranty, however as this TV came with a 4 year warranty from Hisense (part of the World Cup promotion) I ended up...
Thought I'd start a thread to discuss Game Pass Ultimate (GPU) and the games available, with Microsoft owning so many software houses now it looks like this model might be the future of gaming.
Subscription
So a bit of an overview, for £10.99 a month you get:
Xbox Live Gold
Over 100 games on...
Anyone done this on the old fat Imacs? Mine is a mid 2011.
Basically my HDD has gone bang, it's been on it's way out for a while now. I want to upgrade it but it turning out you need a temp sensor like this
Seems overkill money wise for what it is, anyone know a cheaper source of them or had...
I am wanting to split the HDMI out of my Sky+ HD box (not SkyQ) to various TV's in the house.
I've bought a powered splitter from Yesss, it's not this one but looks identical - http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/4-way-4k-hdmi-splitter-n67dv
I have one TV next to the sky box, with a 3m cable, another...
I'm thinking of buying my dad a tablet for christmas, but know nothing about Android ones.
An iPad is too much money, and he has a Nexus phone and loves that so I think an Android is the way to go, is this any good? -...
The past month or so me and a friend (David) have been talking about getting a classic to restore and eventually take on the Mongol Rally. The Triumph seemed a natural choice, my Grandad ran them and actually crashed his last one in Slovenia back in the 70s after driving over the edge of a...
Anyone using one of the 2015 sony sets?
Thinking of picking one up but read stories of them crashing, would appreciate any views from real people who've used them rather than just the AV nuts online!
My dad just called me asking if he should buy one, and as much as I love the Bose kit I own myself, I cannot bring myself to suggest he buys one as it's very expensive for what it is and how he'll use it.
He wants a CD/DAB/FM player, with built in speakers, that sounds good, is easy to use...
