lol, they're great, you loose channels every now & again but all you need to do is re-scan, "so ive been told!" i haven't tried the new pvr model yet but if its anything as good as all the other models, i say go for it.

some stealers will give you it for free others try to charge you £15. worth going in & asking nicely, it worked for me.

if you'd have said you got them from ebay in the beginning, instead of making out you got them from catcams people wouldn't have kept telling you to try & get them returned & wouldn't have gotten on your case so much for not listerning!!!

theres a new enter button on the dial, which makes it much more ergonomic!

why don't you just try ringing catcams to see if they will exchange them, whats the worst that can happern they say no & you go back to your original plan but if they will exchange them it will make your life alot easier.

think you should really listern better! ask catcams to change them for 428 if thats an option or your going to have problems!!! 428 are still quit wild but can be controlled by the std ecu.

can an active sub be wired to a standard 172 mk2 head unit? i'm thinking of buying an active sub, but don't really want to buy a new h/u. so does anyone know if they can be wired into the existing standard unit or would i have to buy a new h/u? thanks for any help. matt.

there is 2, one for £40 & one for £100, the £40 only has volume control were as the £100 one can select tunes & charges the ipod. i haven't got one yet but think i'm going to get the £40 one. both connect were your cd changer is, so not sure they will work if you don't have a changer. matt
