same happened to me you should have a guarantee on the paint work mine was for 3 years . i took it to them and they booked it straight in no troubles.

i suppose i should have supplied that information it is the rear passangers side seatbelt

thanks for the help not sure if i trust myself to do it, im gonna have to get it replaced anyway at some point, just not in time for my MOT on tuesday.

the pretensioner has gone off in the rear on the passengers's side an locked the seatbelt up, a little birdie tell's me that is a way you can unlock the seatbelt somehow, is this true and if so how can it be done.

i had the same kinda i went into the back of somebody i wasnt claiming they was gonna i thought it was done and dusted then i got a fone call asking if they could process a cliam for whiplash i told them to bog-off he got no such thing then few weeks later got a letter from his insurance company...
