ah cool, does anyone know if theres a difference in sound quality between an ipod attached via an auxiliary port or an ipod attached via a direct ipod connection (one which will charge it etc)?

This is probably a really stupid question, but with a usb port in the front of a headunit, can you put the ipod cable in (the one you use on your computer), connect the ipod and play music? If so would it also charge the ipod?

Thinking of getting a 1.4 Clio sport, specs seem alright, anyone who's had one know of any good or bad points about it? Just thought id inquire before i go ahead and buy one. Cheers.

I heard sound from some guys Treg fiesta last night and cant figure out what it was. Each time he blipped the throttle a sound would come from the engine (i think) that sounded like air being sucked in, anyone know what that may be? Cheers.

sorry yes it is an 8v but there isnt one for a phase 1 only phase 2, so my choice above will be my best bet.

Not sure, doesnt mention anything about 8v on the description of that filter just says 1.2i 1998-2000, which is what my car comes under.

Cant seem to find a replacement panle filter for my Mk2 Phase 1 1.2 anywhere, all seem to be for 172's, 182's, Mk2 Phase 1 1.4 etc, nothing for a Mk2 phase 1 1.2, any help?

Just wondering is it worth changing the standard spark plugs to Denso Iridium sparkplugs? Any gain in performance or anything like that? I have an S reg Clio 1.2.

This may be a really stupid question but, on the ktec site it says that the filter is for 1.2 16v up to 2004, i have a 99 1.2 grande will it work with that as im unsure about whether its 16v?

Is it essential to match a speakers rms with an amps rms? say if u had a amp with a channel that produced 50w rms and a speaker that had an rms of 60w would that matter? Cheers for any help.

Thinking of getting a 1999 1.2 clio, i want to fit component speakers but cant figure out where to put the tweeters, as i cant fit them to the wing mirror pillars as i think most have mirror adjustment controls there? Any ideas? pics would help if anyone has managed to fit some, Cheers for any help.
