Wont have a leg to stand on, but if you kick up enuff of a fuss, you may get somewhere, dont know bout renault but toyota give up pretty easily if challenged with an angry customer!
Hope shes recovers soon m8.
Speaking of witnessing accidents, i have neva once, suppose its luck. Although the other month my b.f was driving up the A12, and a titsed up black civic coupe goin like a bat out of hell ova took him goin approx 120+, locked up goin into corner and smashed straight...
My mum saw a gorgeous yellow 172 with a very deep plum purple interior, half suade (sp) half leather, said it was the doggs, was thinking of shipping the old williams off, but then she rememberd how much she loved her lil Willy2..

i have an EG esi...and yes ill admit they aint a patch on the vti-but thats pretty obvious, 35bhp less and sohc what ya expect!
still its better than an lsi and will see of 205gtis (1.6) and the like, qould like to have a go at an rsi, what are they 0-60? speakin of which, how quick is the...
im sure there was a mr2 in latest issue of banzi this month, in green flipie job with the 7 sins written down the door-looked hideious, paint was alright tho..its different but imo i think the 7sins is abit tacky..havnt seen the valver tho, so cant comment on that..
just seem the valver-lovely...
my company (diamond) charged me £86 extra which i didnt think was that bad, as i had previsously been quoted over £200 from then. Then they thought it would be fun to charge me an extra £296 for moving from an ip7 postcode to a co1..even tho before the car was parked on road etc and the area had...
Thats alot of power in a FWD..wouldnt handle to good, but would sure have the power..just have to put him to the test, but against ur standerd? 182, i would put my money on the civic (not being biased mind you)!
Diamond still dont insure men tho, they pass all potential policys over to admirable. As i remember hearing you got insured with them so told my bloke to give them a call...and they said they couldnt insure him thru them but thru there sister company admirable.
i pay £1200 FC, am 20 and only held my license for exactly a yr and 8days. 0yrs NCs, 1st policy in my name, on a M reg, 1.6 sohc vtec 16v civic, insurance gp 14. No alarm/mob, parked in driveway.
I am with diamond, and cant fault them, saved me over £1300!! and im sure someone on here (male)...
well i took/passed test when i was 19, and had a 205gti, i didnt pay for it as my bro had brought it and couldnt get insured, so he had my dads ex company car which was gonna b handed down to me, so i had bros car.
I payed insurance of £600 tpft in my mums name for it, then basically wrote it...
one thing tho, the civic will neva fail you, where as the clio, well, its french and powerfull and probably very expensive to fix, which it will probably need to be all the time..
a couple of months ago, when my mum first let me have a go in the williams, felt amazing, the clutch pedal was SO stiff, it litrally bounced my foot back off it after changin gear lol. But the handling was amazing, and the seat/posistion was so COMFY!
f**kin had this prob y/day, im parked in car park but not in space, infront of parked cars as mum has poped into shop real quick and i didnt see the point of parking in space. Besides i checked nobody was in the cars and kept my eyes out for any potential familys etc coming back to their cars...
totally agree, dont let them get away with it! make a formal complaint and name the other companys that have said its shoddy, and claim they should respray it free of charge or money back.
If it was a mechanical fault, you would take it back and complain and they would fix it (if you trusted...
Let them know either way, better than not and voding your insurance.
If it does make a difference it would be minimal, If you have after market alloys or a backbox, then the window tint wont add any extra to the policy, shouldnt anyway, mine wouldnt have.
i always worried about that as im with diamond on a ten month policy, i always thought i would have to stay with them if i wanted the accelrated bonus! not that i would change anyway as they are by far the best!
tell me about it, i came here coz i was origanlly gonna get a valver (still want one think theyre llovely lookin cars) but unfortuantly i didnt, but point being im still here!
most probably, they get very funny about anything even ice. Best bet is dont bother if you value the warrenty unless you have the time/tools to take em off and replace with orginal wen something goes wrong
My mate has free insurance on his 206 gti, and he blew the engine up, dont ask how it had only done 700 miles, anyways the warrenty got funny on him coz he had ice in his car and they were like well its modfifed, kicked up a right fuss, finally did the car and warned if there were any other mods...
Well its there loss, always wanted to walk into ferrari in my old beaten up pug and ask for a test drive and wen im turned away ill ask to speak to the manager show him my suitcase full of cash and say ur loss f**kwitt..

My mum had this problem at subaru, the bloke was so rude, implying that my mum was not only to old to be driving a sports car (shes mid 40s) but that she also woullnt be able to handle the power and be better of driving a fiesta!
To which she put her suitcase full of cash for the brand new wrx...
my blokes old supra used to run like a bag of sh*t on tesco unleaded, misfiring and all sorts, wen on optimax it ran like a dream and much quicker! defiantly worth it but then he was spending about 1600grand a month on fuel and £200 a fortnight on new tyres, the silly bugger, that didnt last for...
