04, Racing Blue, w/out strips, Ring Road, BRISTOL

...was about 1.20pm. I had just finished work. Saw you ahead, so nipped a head of the traffic, and jumped in front of you. You were behind me down part of the Ring Road, I then turnt off onto the M32 heading back into Bristol.

I was in a Silver Clio, with a large Cliosport sticker on back window!
