doing my cambelt this month just want to make sure ive got everything to do it properly!

ive got the renault workshop manual for it and it looks simple enough, ive done a few cambelts in my time just never one of these cars, im assuming as long as ive got the tools, and follow the guide properly for removal, refitting and tensioning, theres not really much that can go wrong?

If you know what your doing regards cambelts yoiu'll be fine just remember to read it a few times.

The cam shaft seasl don't need the tool just knock them in with a hammer etc

The two tools you need are the TDC pin to hold the crank in place and the camshaft toll to hold the cams in place.

Can get them for £35 ish from motor parts places.

you NEED the look for holding the pulleys (MOT1509). If you dont use it you WILL turn the cam (and possibly break the locating slots as they're not strong) and throw the timing out
