172 Cup Project

  Cup In bits
K-tec will sell you the peddle plate along with a new pedal, cable and a couple of other small bits for circa £100 last time I tried. It's not essential and can be mounted with a bit of thought, best with it as it offers adjustment for pedals.

WOW

The pedal they provide is a cheap black plastic thing - I have one in my garage you can have for free, it's s**t.
The Ph1 pedal matches the rest and is much better made

I find it insane they'll only sell the mounting plate with a pedal - the mounting plate could be milled out of a block of aluminimum in minutes, it's only 4 holes in a rectangular block.

As for the Gen 90 - was saying to Mark I'm confused by that. It should be plug and play on a PH2. If it's not sending voltage out to the fuel pump there's something bloody weird gone on there too.

Try RS Tuning - they have done a few Gen 90 cars now. Don't FFS let K-Tec near the ecu or map lol

Im sure mark will sort it. As stated it had instructions for the ph1 pin swap but as far as I know this had not been done so should be plug and play. That's why I spent money on the thing after all!

They are but it's that circle clip thing that's missing from the other part. I've got this picture so I can show jenvey what's missing rather than trying to explain.

Ah I see, they will probably threw you a new set and any other cheapish bits your needing for free, they gave me the cable, linkages, bulkhead adaptor and so on for naff all, great company.

That would be good. When I did bodies on the rallye they were excellent for supplying the missing bits.
