This is the third time this has come loose, now I know they are held in by two bolts. Does anyone else have this problem or has renault missed something out when they replaced the old bolts with new ones. Should there be some sort of washer on them or should they be loctited in with thread lock?

For those wondering it's the block of metal at the front of the engine by the bottom half of the inlet manifold.
