This gen will map to 430 safely. I just need to find a map that will improve cruising MPG then I might consider it. The Revo maps make them worse at the moment!
Worse on fuel I meant. I don't want MPG at motorway speeds to go down, since it spends 99% of its time there!
I do sit at 80(kph) on the motorway all the time though remember....
What was your long term average on the 335D?
44.3mpg (actual) over 43000 miles.
Have a look at shark. Nottingham based, I'm running one of their maps, mpg 10% up.
I like that you can switch maps using the stalk controls with Apr.
Hmmm that would give me a 14 month payback on a £500 map.

I'd only see the benefit of having an extra 50bhp maybe once a week, so it has to earn its money!
You only see the benefit of the 360bhp you currently have about once a week, but it didnt stop you spending about 10k more than the equivalent diesel, or 2.0tfsi A3.....
I get the benefit of hearing it every day! Thats worth £10k, apart from what its annoying in a morning.

Yeah bone standard, on a mix of 95 and 97 ron with 4000 miles on the clock.
Limited by mapping. Although even remapped ones tend to be flat, just 20lb up.
It passed 166 on Elivington before I bottled it.
