Well it's been along time since I've posted on here :dapprove:

My old mx5, in here finally stage before she was put back to standard

Well I've converted to the dark side and bought a vw ..... But I'm loving it The car is amazing! I cannot take any credit for any of the work that has gone into this car as that was all down to my friend who built the car then sold it to me it will be going through some changes to really finish it off and make it my own!



The spec is as follows:


Remapped to 210bhp
Powerflow exhaust system


Airlift XL air ride, Installed by Plush Putomotive
chassis notch, subframe shaved, tie rods notch, the subframe lays on both sides
17x9 and 17x9.5 BBS RS's, custom front adaptors and redrilled rears to 5x100
Porsche boxter s brake conversion with 312mm grooved and drilled disks


US spec front bumper
Lupo mirror conversion
graphite roof
smoothed rear boot handle with sharan badge
immaculate paint


Full red leather custom re-trim
Recaro trendline front seats, recaro subframes
custom stitched rear seats
Flocked roll cage
Flocked seat backs
Flock centre console and ashtray
Flocked door handles with Carbon Fibre inserts
Audi s-line gear knob
Custom air ride gauges and controls trimmed in black alcantara

Not really a fan of 'stanced' cars but this looks very well done. Those seats are lovley! Interior is really tidy.

It lovely place to be but will be changed to a more simple colour the fit in with the car for me

The Mazda looked a lot nicer... I think this looks a bit too - base spec. If i was me i'd be whacking an Anni kit or r32 kit on it, change of colour and lose the red on the wheels.

It is smart, but compared to the Mazda it just seems a bit dull?

Do not like the 2nd golf in post 12 though. Looks silly imo.

Removing rear seats is on the list of things to do, haha ill make sure to let you know then

i can always get the wheels stepped up to 18" using the 17" faces ..... So it's an option to go bigger but more important things to do first.

Mx5 was mental but driving it every day over speed bumps was horrible and I felt like killing myself sometimes lol air ride is amazing!
