Black Clio with PINK WHEELS?! Leics to Melton A607

Spotted from the Syston/East Gosgate Roundabout a few cars behind me, noticed it was a non-RS Clio, when I finally got into Melton just past the BP garage it pulled alongside me on the left and sped ahead. Was an 07 plate Mark 2 Phase 2 (but with the numberplate in the bumper? what are these ones called?) with BRIGHT PINK ALLOYS!!!
