Black ph2 172 51 reg - Derby

I drive pass this one almost every day. I see it parked up at the bottom of Melbourne Street in Derby. It's a black ph2 172, but I can't remember the exact reg.

I've only recently seen that it's got a cliosport sticker on the rear window.
