Blackberry options

Gents,

I've just been told I'm getting a blackberry for work but unsure which one will be suited for me. The only use is goin to be for emails, calls and reading excel documents within the emails. No surfing, Facebook etc purely work. I've got a personal iphone 5 but cannot get my work emails to it.

Im thinking Bold 9900 or 9790, how do these fair with viewing excel docs?

I'm swaying towards 9790 as its a bit smaller?

9900, I do it the wrong way round and have a 9900 as my personal phone and an iPhone 4s as my work phone.

When I can be bothered I may switch it around.

I didn't actually have a choice I walked in and got handed a bold 9900 which is fine for what I need if not a little bulky tho
