Boot build part 2

here are todays efforts

Fiberglass the joints on the sub box

sound deaden the boot

spray the top of the box.. the visable bit

spray the screws black so they dont stand out

Wire it all in

the top

just needs covering, but ive had a massive take away and am WELL full haha

well its taken 2 full days of working physically on it morning till night,
lots of hours planning working out box dirensions etc etc
couple of lunch hours going out getting what i need.. but well this isnt my 1st install hehe

need some dynomat taylor, that *carpet isnt going to do anything other than provide a nice bed for some mice.

its that OEM car interior sound proofing stuff, it wont stop the panels from resonating tho.

Id invest in some. I did all my doors and stuff when i had an install and its a noticable difference.

Very good work, looks really clean.

Maybe you could add some perspex over the sub to make the floor all one height, so then you could still chuck things in your boot carelessly without having to worry about it messing with your sub.
