Brother’s V6 Alarm!!!!!! HELP

Jusy had his service done, top job at basildon!!!!! Recomended, but he drove home, locked his car and went to use it 30 mins later and when ever he opnes the door alarm goes off and dosnt shut up!!! lol untill u lock it again....

Any easy ajustments he can do?

isnt there a way to rset the alarm, so many turns of the key or summit. Do a search im sure i read that somewhere on here.
