Seat belt locking trick is where you recline the seat slightly, pull the belt tight across your lap lean back in the seat and pull the belt as close to you as you can, then tug it down to lock it, keeping the tension, recline your seat into the locked belt. You may have to play around with it a few times to get your seating angle right.
