Interestingly if it has 12months ticket then apart from some advisories it should be 'ok'. Lack of history isnt ideal obviously, however for peace of mind a belt change on a cup is the easiest to do and a full service would also be worthwhile, so say £600-750 bracket for that.
So for circa 2k you have a track toy or whatever you want to use it for. Could be risky, but depends what it drives like and what condition is like.

of course, few eagle eyed cherries have commented on the paint issue and also its missing the splitter, so who knows the MOT could be rotten, the car may be cat c/d, might be a right pup.
Its 350miles or so from me, so it would be a flight down job, be better if it was 'local' for a gander etc. Could always try and find out what dealer in the midlands supplied it and see if there is any evidence of service history at that dealer.
