The advert is crap heh. Standard spec includes cruise control, speed limiter, air con, switchable esp, keyless entry, RenaultSport seats (which are very, very good), Cd player, leccy mirrors and windows etc. And a very nice interior, with the RS steering wheel etc, and all the soft touch bits!
What more do you need? I know some people like climate (personally prefer aircon) and personally wouldn't want the Xenons as it means you have to have those huge ugly washers
I like the rear tints though, and the MP3 head unit (dunno if that's standard, I have it...?). Although if I was buying new now, I'd have Raider wheels, and Cup pack as well - but they weren't available then.
And let's not forget, 197bhp (well run in ones like that seem to be showing 199-202bhp on the rollers...), 312mm Brembo 4 pot brakes, 6 speed gearbox, 17s, and arguably (certainly according to Tiff Needell) class leading handling. Before anyone mentions the gearbox - there is a thread on here showing the differences between old and new, and they're not very much, about 250rpm at 70mph. It's slightly quicker in gear in 5th & 6th with the old box as well of course hehe.
Looks like a bargain to me, assuming it's not been abused and isn't tatty - which tbh at that price it could well be
Baffles me when people spend huge amounts of their hard earned on a new car, then treat it like s**t - even if it's a company car or whatever, as you're still paying s**t loads for it through the tax.
But, not necessarily - it could just be a very keen price! And as I say, it's not exactly poorly equipped.
