Clio 172 Cup Stub axel issues.

Hi guys, quick question for anyone in the know.

I've just had my rear disks and pads changed, only to find out that a previous owner had bolted up the hub nut without the stub axle washer in place, completely shredding the threads.

I called up a Renault dealer to order up a new stub axle and they have quoted near on £200!!!!

The question is, will a stub axle from a f/f 172 fit onto the cup? or is there any other alternative basically?

take a look in parts for sale a guy is selling a complete cup rear beam with hubs £100 ;-)

Yes,but they would fit if he got both sides wouldn't they?

I thought they just had different camber and toe.
